Why Is My Computer Blue Screening on Skyrim

about my pc:
Mainboard: B450 AORUS PRO-CF
AMD Ryzen 5 2600X Six-Core Processor 3.60 GHz
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060
16gb DDR4 ram
64 bit
windows 10 pro
a while ago i had a different problem where i would randomly loose a ton of frames while playing the same games (which could sometimes be fixed by restarting my pc) but that just kind of vanished for some reason. it worked fine for a while (apart from the LOL client making everything really slow) but now it froze 5 times in just 2 days. when it freezes i can sometimes still tab out or open the task manager, however if i try to close the frozen game my entire pc (including the task manager) freezes and i have to hard reboot. I also managed once to tab out and restart my pc the normal way but then i got stuck in the shut down screen and had to hard reboot anyways.
i tried to run the system file collecting thing but i think i did something wrong as this is what it showed me:
There is a problem with the Environement variables on this system.
Unable to determine the location of the Documents or Desktop folders.

Yes possibly.
Is there anything in the Event Viewer at the times of the freezes that may point to the cause?

i couldn´t really find anything in the event viewer. i don´t really know what to look for but there weren´t any errors or warnings immediately before the freezes/shut downs
do you have an idea on how i can get the file collecting tool to function?

Are there any dump files in C:\Windows\Minidump
If so, attach them to your next post

it wont let me attach them for some reason, saying that i dont have the permission.
There are no files with the same dates as my recent crashes so i dont know if they would even be useful tho :/

Try zipping the files and attached the ZIP file.
Also, can you post your Speccy link.

I had a look at one of the dump files and it pointed to nvlddmkm.sys, which is related to your NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 video card.
So the first thing to do would be to install the latest version of the driver for that card. If you already have the latest version installed, reinstall it anyway.
